First we need to understand the colors which are the language we will use to describe the persons belief structure and value systems.

1. Beige SurvivalSense The Instinctive; is the most basic survival instinct, rarely found in the workplace.
2. Purple KinSpirits The Clannish; is the belief in mystical spirits and banding together.
3. Red PowerGods The Egocentric; is egotistical and a strong sense of self.
4. Blue TruthForce The Purposeful; is the belief in a higher power and order to the world.
5. Orange StriveDrive The Strategic; is entrepreneurial and self reliant.
6. Green HumanBond The Relativistic; is communal and sharing with all.
7. Yellow FlexFlow The Systemic; is being aware of the other colors.
8. Turquoise GlobalView The Holistic; is seeking balance in all.
